What’s Your “And”?™
Implementation Course
You know what you do.
But who else are you?
A nine-lesson, self-paced course to discover more of who you are beyond your work, school, and family roles.
$117 one-time. 7-day money-back guarantee.
You can probably describe your work, school, or family roles and responsibilities without much effort. But when someone asks what you genuinely enjoy, care about, or feel drawn toward beyond those roles, the answer may not come as quickly.
It is easy to become so good at being who everyone needs you to be that you stop noticing other parts of yourself. Not because those parts have disappeared. Because they have not received much attention.
A Way to Discover More of
Who You Already Are
Your And is something you genuinely enjoy, care about, or feel drawn toward beyond what is required by your work, school, and family roles.
Human Range is the breadth of ways you can experience life, engage with the world, and express who you are. Your And is one useful place to begin noticing that range.
What’s Your “And”? is a nine-lesson, self-paced course with a personal Field Guide. It helps you notice your interests, look beyond the activities themselves, and recognize parts of who you are that you may have overlooked.
If you have already tried Picture Your Perfect Day, you have had a glimpse of that idea. The course goes further, giving you tools and a personal record to revisit as your life changes.
The Tools You’ll Use
Attraction Inventory: Notice what genuinely catches your attention, including interests you have not pursued.
Required vs. Drawn Toward 2×2: Look at the difference between role requirements and genuine attraction, including where they overlap.
Five Lenses: Explore Activity, Experience, Expression, Presence, and Carryover to see more of what an interest means to you.
Choice Map: Consider Remember, Explore (try something or learn more, without commitment), Engage, and Let It Rest, including the possibility of making no choice at all.
Personal Field Guide: Capture observations, compare your opening and final answers to “Tell me about yourself,” and create a keepsake called My Human Range Snapshot.
How the Course Unfolds
NOTICE: Notice what you are drawn toward, explore the 2×2, and discover why your And is one doorway rather than your whole identity.
EXPLORE: Look beyond the activity through real guest stories and the Five Lenses, then capture one recognition.
CHOOSE: Consider the place your interests may have in different seasons of life, and what, if anything, you want to do with what you’ve recognized.

Is This for Me?
This course is for you if your work and responsibilities are easy to describe, but your interests and the experiences you enjoy are less visible in the story you tell about yourself. You can begin with several interests, a small curiosity, or no obvious And at all.

How much time does it take?
The nine lessons total a little over an hour of video.
After Lesson 1, I recommend about seven days of noticing before Lesson 2.

Do I have to share anything?
Not at all. Joining discussions is optional, and your Field Guide stays private unless you choose to share.
